Thanks for putting your trust and faith in me. This was a highly HIGHLY complex appeal, turning on a very narrow legal point between the ability to vary (or not) an application under the rules of EU law.

It was a great win and the second case in the same rain ILR as you are aware.

I am sure there are many others out there who have also been wrongly refused by the UKVI and Solicitors that are not looking for the hidden Legal error that has been carried out by UKVI.
